WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM?
1. It usually takes me less than 24 hours to respond to your email.
2. After we've established contact, the prcoess of customizing your vacation to Belize begins. This is a dynamic process that involves going back and forth by email and maybe even a few conversations on the phone.
3. I will make personalized recommendations based on my extensive knowledge of Belize. With the feedback I receive from you, we will work on refining your itinerary until you are 100% satisfied.
4. The end result is a completely personalized itinerary based on your interests and budget. Once you approve the final itinerary, you can pay for your trip.
5. I will send you an Invoice by email. You will then need to complete a Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to my office in Belize. After I process your payment, I will email you your Vouchers. I will give you a call a few days before you arrive in belize to cover any last minute questions.
5. Once you arrive in Belize, I will personally meet you at the Airport to give you a warm welcome. I will be alert throughout your entire vacation to make sure your itinerary goes perfectly smoothly.
